    We believe jewelry is meant to be worn every day. But regardless of your lifestyle and how careful you are with your jewelry or your aesthetic preferences: your jewelry should be cleaned regularly!
    Whether you wear it every day or only occasionally, jewelry requires care and attention!
    If you’ve tried all our helpful tips and just can’t get back the original brilliance, don't worry, we can do it for you! Judith & Jules offers a professional jewelry Cleaning Service.
    Please note we can only accept cleaning services on jewelry bought from Judith & Jules.

  • + HOW IT WORKS
    1) CONTACT US
    If you want to make sure that this is the right service for your piece of jewelry, we kindly ask you to contact our customer care service via Email or Live Chat (see speech bubble at bottom right). Please send us a picture that shows your piece of jewelry in total and another picture that shows a close up of the affected parts.

    2) CHOOSE STYLE

    Please choose the piece of jewelry you own and would like to send us for professional cleaning from the drop down. In case you can't remember the exact name, we would be delighted to assist you with our Know-How. Simply contact us via Email or Live Chat (see speech bubble at bottom right).




    3) PRICES
    The price varies depending on the style, the number of pendants, the length of chain, etc.. The basic handling charge will be € 5.90 plus additional charges depending on the type of your piece of jewelry (criteria mentioned above).
    Talisman bracelets will receive an additional new nylon cord!

    4) PLACE ORDER
    Please finalize the order having 2 professional jewelry Cleaning Service items in your cart.

    5) PACK IT
    The best and secure way to send us your piece back would be in its original Judith & Jules box. Alternatively, you can wrap it in a soft cloth.  Either way, please make sure that chains won't tangle during the transport and the clasp is closed!
    Please pack your carefully wrapped piece of jewelry including the order confirmation in a cardboard box or a bubble mailer.

    6) SHIP IT

    Please send your package (at your costs) via your local postal service to the following address:

    Please purchase trackable and insured shipping to better ensure a detailed timeline.  Please note that if your piece gets lost in transit it is beyond our responsibility.
    There will no shipping label provided with this order!

    7) CONFIRAMTION
    Our care team will email you once we have received your package at the studio and begun the cleaning process.

    Please note that some blemish and tarnishing caused by strong chemical reactions cannot be removed. In this case our experts will assess your piece and the work required, sending you a summary via email, including any applicable charges that require your approval or returning your item to you.
  • PRODUCTION TIME
    We always do our best to get your pieces back to you as soon as possible, but reworks are still coming from a maker's hands and take time. 
    Please allow between 3-6 weeks for the cleaning service to be processed. This gives us ample time to put the special love and care into each and every piece that we pride ourselves on at Judith & Jules.
