SHIPPING
All shipments that are sent by judithjules.com, are insured against theft and accident damage. Upon receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged once only.
We process and send orders during our main business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CET and Saturday, from 9:00 to 1:00 pm CET (with the exception of French public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. * these are not the same times as in the other text
We offer two different ways of shipping:

1) insured shipping with tracking number / delivery time 3-10 business days 
2) ON DEMANDE: express shipping, insured shipping with tracking number / delivery time 1-3 business days
    Please note that some orders will be sent from our workshop in France and therefore delivery times can be longer than usual.

    As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
    All orders will be shipped in nice gift packaging.

    EXCHANGES
    We gladly accept exchanges (reduced items also) within 30 days of receipt free of charge. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
    We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns sent at different times from one order.
    Please be aware that we can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size.
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item for a different one. The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the article that is being exchanged.

    RETURNS POLICY
    All purchased items can be returned free of charge – including reduced items. If you would like to cancel your purchase contract, you may choose one of the following two options:
    1. Written declaration of revocation
    You have 14 days after delivery to cancel your purchase contract in writing by sending us an email or a letter by post. We recommend you to use our cancellation form template. After sending us your cancellation form, please return the items within 14 days.

    2. Cancellation of purchase by way of return
    Your cancellation will automatically take effect if you return the items within 30 days.
    Regardless of which option you choose, please ensure that the following provisions are met:
    All items must be in mint condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags have to be attached
    All merchandise to be returned has to be sent in one package
    Return shipments must be made using the original delivery service.

    We can only accept returns if all of the above conditions have been met.


    Refunding the purchase price
    Please note that it may take a few days (normally between 10 and 14) for us to process your return after we have received it. After we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you an email concerning your refund.
    In case the recipient is different to the one who made the purchase, the refund will be credited to the credit card holder’s account.
    Refunds are made in the same currency as that of the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
    In case the returned merchandise was purchased using a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
